Early Bird registration will get you a special price of IDR 2,500,000 (≈ USD 185) per person, you can save IDR 1,000,000 (≈ USD 75). Early bird price valid until 15 August 2016.

Yes, you are! Please call us on +62 853 1146 9015 / +62 21 5790 2338 ext.217 to make a reservation. We will need a copy of your valid ID proof to complete the registration process. Please note that the special price is valid only for Indonesian students and academicians.

The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the event fee. But we can help you get some fantastic corporate deals through our hospitality partners, feel free to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to know more about corporate hotel deals.
We accept credit card and bank transfer payment, simply click on the “RESERVE MY SEAT” icon on the website to purchase your event pass. The payment options will be shown in the check-out process.
All tickets are non-refundable UNLESS the event is cancelled by us due to a Force Majeure situation, in which case we will make a full refund.
All event attendees would be provided with snacks, meals, and a participation certificate. The presentation materials at the summit will be available for download after the event through a link sent to the registered emails.
